Set after the events of the first Alien, Alien Romulus follows a group of young misfits who refuse to accept their fates of working on a doomed space colony where there is no sun. As they find a way to escape, the group stumbles upon something they were never meant to come face to face with the most terrifying life forms in the universe.

The film stars Cailee Spaeny (Priscilla), David Johnson (Agatha Christie’s Murder is Easy), Archie Renault (Shadow and Bone), Isabella Merced (The Last of Us), Spike Fern (Aftersun), and Eileen Wu. Fede Alvarez (Evil Dead, Don’t Breathe) directs from a screenplay he wrote with frequent collaborator Rodo Sayagues (Don’t Breathe 2) based on characters created by Dan O’Bannon and Ronald Shusett. Alien: Romulus is produced by Ridley Scott (Napoleon), who directed the original Alien film and produced and directed the series entries Prometheus and Alien: Covenant, Michael Bruce (Boston Strangler), and Walter Hill (Alien), with Fede Alvarez, Elizabeth Canelon (Charlie’s Angels ), Brent O’Connor (Bullet Train), and Tom Moran (Unstoppable) serve as executive producers.
