An hour-long special, “30 Years of Disney on Broadway,” was recorded for iHeartRadio Broadway on Wednesday, October 30. Hosted by Danielle Monaro and Medha Gandhi, co-hosts of iHeartRadio’s “Elvis Duran and the Morning Show,” the event included Q&As and performances. Written by legendary EGOT Award-winning composer Alan Menken and the original Disney Broadway leading lady Susan Egan of Beauty and the Beast. A format change appears to be in the works as morning hosts Mike Da Silva and Alexus Lee have announced their departure from the station. “Well, there’s no easy way to say this…today was my last day on Hot 106,” DaSilva posted on social media on Wednesday, October 30. “I’m still trying to process it.
