If you have Chicago Sports Network, tonight we’ll watch the Blackhawks debut on the new network. So we have that going for us, which is nice. The Blackhawks will send a veteran group to Minnesota tonight, and we should expect Friday night’s game, also against Minnesota, to look like opening night.
With most of the additional bodies already in Rockford, there are only a few spots on the list still up for grabs. So tonight will be a big testing night for a few players hoping to open the season with the Blackhawks.

Chicago Blackhawks injury report: Artyom Levshunov (foot) and Laurent Brossoit (knee). Wyatt Kaiser is still out. Minnesota Wild Unavailable – It’s the preseason What to Watch Again Today is Day 1 for Chicago Sports Network. Let me know if you have. Because…I don’t. not yet. I’ll be watching AJ Spellacy in what may be his last preseason game in the NHL. Kurashev returns to Bedard’s wing after playing well there last year. This is a big night for both Rachel and Athanasiou; Neither was overwhelmingly impressive in camp, but Hall seemed to be raising the game of whoever was on his line. Lots of NHL regulars on both sides tonight so it should be a good battle (if you can see it). Oh, and Faber is Minnesota’s second defensive pair. We get busy
“I had the mindset of trying my best and seeing where it took me, and I think I did that.”
AJ Spellacy has opened a lot of eyes #Blackhawk Training camp. He’ll get another game against NHL competition tonight in Minnesota.
