ATLANTA — One Musicfest, scheduled for later this month, has announced a change of venue. The multi-generational and multi-genre festival will now be held in Atlanta’s historic Central Park, having moved from its original location in Piedmont Park.
This year’s event, which will take place on October 26 and 27, will feature performances from major artists, including Cardi B, Gunna, Jill Scott, Victoria Monet and the legendary band Earth, Wind & Fire.
In a social media post, organizers said the change was made due to “logistical and economic challenges facing the festival industry.” They also said the move will allow them to “continue offering the activities and experiences you love, without compromising on quality.” Additionally, they claimed that “the pivot is not just about logistics, it is about preserving the experiences that bring us together.”
There are still a limited number of tickets available for the festival.
