Alejandro Arcos, Alejandro Arcos, located in the city of Chilpancingo, on the banks of Mexico, six days after the shipment, to inform the local authorities.

Guerrero is one of the Mexican states most affected by drug cartel violence for its strategic reach that extends along the Pacific coast.
More than 450,000 people and dozens of miles have disappeared in Mexico since the government turned to the military to fight drugs in 2006.
Politicians, at the local level in particular, are frequent victims of violence linked to corruption and the multi-million dollar drug trade.
