Next time you’re at a Justin Timberlake concert, be on the lookout.

In a viral TikTok clip from the 43-year-old “SexyBack” singer’s Forget Tomorrow world tour, which recently stopped at the Bell Center in Montreal on Oct. 4, a fan in the front row missed Timberlake’s attempt to get her attention because she was distracted. On her phone.

Timberlake was performing “Flame” from his latest album, Everything I Thought It Was, as he walked near the edge of the stage amidst a crowd of excited fans — and a woman with her head buried in her phone.

The *NSYNC member leaned over to look at the oblivious attendee for a few seconds, and another woman nudged her in an attempt to get her to look up. She eventually turned her gaze to Timberlake, who began to turn away when she reached out to touch him to no avail.

Also during the Montreal ceremony, Timberlake gave his wife, Jessica Biel, a special shoutout in celebration of their 12th wedding anniversary.

He shared a brief video on Instagram the next day showing the moment. “It’s also a very special evening for me,” he said, as Bell stood to watch from the side of the stage. “My wife is here tonight. And tonight is our 12th anniversary.”

“Be nice to her, Montreal, because she’s sharing me with all of you tonight,” Timberlake joked, placing his hand over his heart and looking at Biel. “I love you, baby.”

The Grammy winner’s wife shared the video to her Instagram Stories, adding a kissing heart emoji and writing: “I don’t want to spend it anywhere else ❤️.”

Following the Montreal show, Timberlake performed at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on October 7 and helped a couple in the audience participate.

“I see a sign that says: ‘Can I propose to Sarah?’” said the “Selfish” artist, who briefly stopped the show to recognize a man sitting in the floor section holding the sign.

“Are you ready?” Timberlake asked as the crowd went wild before handing them the microphone. “I have understood.”

“I love you, you’re my best friend. Will you marry me?” The fan asked – and Sarah told him: “Yes.”

Timberlake then told the crowd, “Make some noise for Donald and Sarah! I can’t get over that. Okay, thank you. Have a good night, everyone.”

The Forget Tomorrow World Tour continues with its North American leg through February 3, 2025, followed by Latin American shows from February 7 to March 30, and its European tour from May 30 to July 20.
