Copenhag’s old industrial city is designed so that everything from schools and gaming areas to businesses and entertainment spaces can be reached across the sea in five minutes.

As we sail through the canals of Dinamarca’s capital in the northern summer of 2023, he guides me to Nordhavn, the city’s futuristic industrial district, and I enthusiastically affirm my transformation into the most picturesque new city in Europe.

From the ship, there couldn’t be more than just a few residential buildings and a whole lot of giant construction machinery, but like the architecture, I know more about that.

After 12 months, you will travel to Dinamarca and head back to Nordhavn, just 15 minutes from Copenhag Central Station.

Now, in the Arhosgadijk area, the nucleus of the new development, one can see independent apartment buildings, large office spaces, and the seaside street overlooking the cafeterias along the old industrial gate.

Dozens of people have sunk into the heaps of colorful beaches along the coast, soaking up the Scandinavian sun.

An era of calm and tranquil scenery, in addition to the tranquility of travelers settling in cities all over the world.
