The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is set to feature another star-studded lineup.

The 98th annual parade will fill the streets of New York City’s Upper West Side with new floats, bands and some of today’s biggest stars.

Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb and Al Roker will return on “Today” as hosts of the Emmy Award-winning celebration. Jimmy Fallon and The Roots are set to appear as well as celebrities like Coco Jones, Ariana Madix and Lisa Colon-Zayas.

The event will also include performances from Idina Menzel, T-Pain, The War and Covenant, and Dan+Shay. TikTok star and Broadway newcomer Charli D’Amelio will perform alongside ballet dancers Tyler Peck and Roman Megia to celebrate the holiday season. Alison Brie will begin the show by cutting the ribbon.

“The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is a beloved tradition that marks the start of the holiday season for millions of spectators and live viewers across the country,” said the show’s executive producer Will Koss. “A dedicated team of craftsmen and production experts at Macy’s Studios work year-round to bring this experience to life. This year’s 98th Macy’s Parade will create awe with unforgettable character balloons, one-of-a-kind floats and world-class entertainment that only Macy’s can deliver.”

The 98th Macy’s Parade lineup is set to be the largest yet with more than 5,000 volunteers, 17 theme balloons, 22 floats, 15 heritage and new balloons, more than 700 clowns, 11 marching bands, 10 performance groups and music’s biggest stars, all welcoming Santa Claus and holidays.

Broadway troupes “Death Becomes Her,” “Hell’s Kitchen” and “The Outsiders” will perform live, as well as the popular Radio City Rockettes.

The latest additions to this year’s parade include six new floats: Haribo’s “Candy Cosmos,” Disney Cruise Line’s “Dora’s Fantastical Rainforest,” Disney Cruise Line’s “Magic Meets the Seas,” Netflix’s “Masterfeast” and “Wondrous World of”. “Wildlife” from the Bronx Zoo.

The 2024 parade will be executive produced by Silent House Productions. Buzz Halpin, Mark Bracco and. Linda Gearan serves as executive producer, with Sasha Mueller as co-executive producer.

The Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade has been a holiday tradition in New York City since 1924 and is the second longest-running Thanksgiving parade in the country. It is sponsored by the titular store and has been broadcast on NBC since 1953.

NBC’s official telecast of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade will air live from 8:30 AM to 12 PM ET/PT on Thursday, November 28. The show will also be simulcast on Peacock and will appear on NBC at 2pm ET/PT.
