Baron Davis Reveals JJ Redick Was Watching Film at Car Wash: 'Lakers are in Great Hands' | News, scores, highlights, stats, and rumors

Former NBA point guard Baron Davis shared on social media that he met JJ Redick at a car wash, where he watched the Los Angeles Lakers coach review film of the game on his laptop.

Davis described Redick, in his first year as head coach, as a “players coach” and added that “the Lakers are in good hands,” ending with the hashtag “#dedication.”

Redick received high praise from NBA fans for bringing a fresh perspective to the Lakers franchise as they started the season with a 2-0 record.

After the Lakers’ 123-116 win over the Phoenix Suns on Thursday, Anthony Davis praised Redick for holding the team together after facing a massive 48-26 deficit.

“He came into the huddle, at the end of the first half, just to tell us, ‘We’re good. calm. We know what we are doing wrong. Transitions. Transitions.
