If you opened your DraftKings Sportsbook app on a Thursday morning hoping to catch some early action on a big sports day, and ran into some trouble placing bets, you’re not alone.
DraftKings seems broken to most of us.
After a slew of complaints on social media, the DraftKings customer support account is on X They confirmed that they are facing problemstweeted that customers in all jurisdictions are affected and that DraftKings is working to resolve the issue. The account also responded to individual users, saying: “Some customers may have issues placing a bet.”
We understand that customers may have issues with certain features of our sportsbook. This currently affects players in all jurisdictions. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

As you can imagine, the news didn’t go down well with the gambling public, who like nothing more than to be able to burn money first thing in the morning.
Especially on a big sports day with two ALCS games, the start of the WNBA Finals, Thursday Night Football, NHL games, and even a little college football, among many other things going on.
