Universal Orlando Annual Passholders will have the opportunity to enjoy Epic Universe during the soft opening to other guests.

Universal told ticketholders in its communications about Epic Universe tickets that information regarding soft opening opportunities will be announced to ticketholders “in the coming months.”
Epic Universe will open to the general public on May 22, 2025. There will also likely be soft openings for the press and possibly other groups. During soft opening, hours may be short and not all experiences may be available.
Universal Orlando Resort multi-day tickets, including Epic Universe, go on sale October 22. Ticket holders will be the first to purchase single-day tickets starting October 24.
Reservations are also now open at the Universal Helios Grand Hotel, attached to Epic Universe.
The new Universal Orlando Resort theme park will include the Dark Universe (Universal Monsters) lands, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, Super Nintendo World, and Celestial Park. Check out the latest Epic Universe build update.
