Then the temperature should rise to near 60 degrees in the afternoon with plenty of sunshine expected again as we are still relying on the influence of high pressure through the end of the week and into the start of the weekend, and we will continue to do so. Stay dry throughout today. Saturday, with a slight increase in the chance of passing showers on Sunday. Hurricane Milton has maximum sustained winds around the eyewall of 145, a Category 4 hurricane, now moving northeast at 17 mph. on. 160 miles or so off the west coast of Florida. It is still expected to make landfall later this evening and overnight across the Florida Peninsula late tonight and around noon tomorrow. Then he moved out to sea and moved very quickly over the open waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
