Le'Veon Bell celebrates Trump's victory after threatening to leave the country

Le’Veon Bell may finally get his call to the White House.

The two-time All-Pro running back called out all the doubters and naysayers in an excited exclamation on Instagram just minutes after news broke that Donald Trump would be returning to the Oval Office.

“I’ve been trying to tell y’all, man,” Bill said as he pulled out the bill for his red MAGA hat. “Make America great again. Let’s make America great again. Now you can go get a hat.”

Bill then pointed to a post on X last weekend in which he stated he would leave the country if Trump lost.

“There’s no point in moving now, huh?” Bill said. “I will leave the country if Kamala Harris wins [the election]”.

The letter angered some of Bell’s former NFL teammates, including two-time Super Bowl champion and four-time Pro Bowler Asante Samuel.

“Do us all a favor and please leave now,” Samuel wrote in response.

Bell responded to Samuel and other Trump critics in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

“Did you think I was going somewhere? Joke’s on you. Joke’s on you,” he says. “I’m not going anywhere. I’m here. Make America great, man.”

“You all thought I was crazy, you all thought I was tripping?” Bill asks. He then taunted his haters: “Oh, Levon Bell, he’s got CTE… Oh, do I?” Or are you?”

Bell, who was one of the NFL’s top players in the mid-2010s, has been supporting the 47th president for months.

In mid-October, he appeared on stage with former Pittsburgh Steelers teammate Antonio Brown at a Trump rally in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, and later spoke about the experience on TikTok.

“Trump is real, bro. He’s a real person…he didn’t tell me he was going to call me. He did it, brother, out of love… I could have ruined everything…” Bill said.

Bell has not held a spot on an NFL roster since 2022. After spending parts of his eight-year NFL career with the Steelers and Jets, he appeared in boxing matches against Adrian Peterson, and recently began sharing intimate details of his life On OnlyFans.
