Next Tuesday, November 12, at 6.45pm CET, FC Barcelona will host SKN St. Pölten at the Johan Cruyff Stadium, in the third match of the UEFA Women’s Champions League group stage. After thumping Swedish side Hammarby 9-0, and having recently been named Club of the Year for the second year in a row by France Football, the reigning champions are ready to put on another show for their fans.
None of these successes would have been possible without the unconditional support of the team’s followers. That’s why the club wants to give them the opportunity to feel as close as possible to the Club of the Year award, and the Ballon d’Or won by Aitana Bonmati, which belongs to them as much as to those who received it. Therefore, the two silver cups will be displayed in the forecourt of the stadium on the day of the aforementioned match, where fans will be able to take pictures with them.
