NEW YORK – NEW YORK (AP) – Comedian Bill Burr will host the first post-election “Saturday Night Live” show with guitarist, producer and guest singer Mk.gee. Charli XCX is coming too.
Burr is touring with his show “Bill Burr Live,” will join Kieran Culkin and Bob Odenkirk on Broadway this spring in a revival of “Glengarry Glen Ross,” and will make his second appearance as host on Nov. 9.
Charli She recently released the hit album “Brat” and two related albums.
Mk.gee will be performing as a musical guest for the first time. He is currently touring the world to promote his debut album “Two Star & The Dream Police”.
“SNL” returns on November 2 with already-announced host John Mulaney and musical guest Chappelle Rowan.
The 50th season saw Maya Rudolph as Kamala Harris, James Austin Johnson as Donald Trump, and Jim Gaffigan as Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.
