Some of the most powerful positions in Pennsylvania state government are on the ballot. Voters will decide next November on the three positions: Attorney General, Auditor General and Treasurer Michelle Henry and the current Attorney General replace Josh Shapiro after he was elected governor, but she chose not to run Your District Attorney, Dave Sunday, and Eugene DePasquale, Auditor General are running. The former Democratic state attorney general became the state’s new attorney general on Sunday, suggesting that his success in bringing down crime in York County is something that could help statewide. Well, DePasquale says his past statewide investigations show he can enforce Pennsylvania’s laws objectively. You can go to someone and say, look at what we did. Here’s the result. Society is safer. More than 3,000 untested rape kits uncovered, taking hundreds of bad actors off the streets. The Auditor General monitors how state funds are used for locally funded programs and catches fraudsters. The race pits Republican incumbent Tim DeVoe against Democratic state Representative Malcolm Kenyatta. Third-party candidates include Eric Anton of the American Solidarity Party, Bob Goodrich of the Constitution Party, and Ray Smith of the Liberals. As for the person who will handle the Pennsylvania funds. Incumbent Republican state Treasurer Stacey Gearty faces Democratic challenger Eric McClelland along with Libertarian Nick Sies forward Chris Foster and Constitution candidate Troy Bowman.

She says that as treasurer, she is focused on transparency, reducing waste and fees, and returning more than $4 billion in unclaimed property to Pennsylvanians.
