I have two fun facts for you about Kirk Herbstreit. The first is that I got better seats than they did (2nd row in the middle compared to 5th row at the end of the seat) at the Boyz II Men residency in Las Vegas, which was very enjoyable for me. The second is about Ben, Herbstreit’s dog, who travels with him across the country to his various college and professional football broadcast gigs.
Teams have been flexible in letting Ben stay with his dad during games, so we’ve had a lot of inside-the-booth shots of Ben in general who is great, well-behaved and a very good boy. Back to the fun fact: We learned today that teams have credentialed Ben for his visits, and while I haven’t seen all the credentials, I have to assume the ones issued by the Falcons for Ben’s trip to the Bucs against the Falcons on Thursday night football is one of the best, if not Be the best.
Just want to thank@NFLThe college football SID and PR department teams we’ve been with this year to prepare Ben’s credentials each week. It was so fun to see him embraced by so many people.
Really appreciate it!

The Dolphins have referred to Ben as the chief happiness officer in football, which is very nice and not at all wrong. But the Falcons did their best – from Barkcast instead of Broadcast and giving Ben the wide receiver title, it’s all a lot of fun.
There’s also an Easter egg here – activate this QR code on your phone, and the Atlanta Humane Society donation page will pop up.
The only thing I don’t like is the icon that prevents Ben from sitting on the furniture. Let this good boy sit wherever he wants. Everything else about this is perfect.
By the way, if you clicked on this because you love dogs, you might want to check out Fox 5’s Kelly Price’s coverage of Falcons RB Tyler Allgeier’s free pet vaccination clinic last Tuesday.
Tyler Alger is here running around angry and helping the puppies. Get a running back who can do both!
Alger hosted a free vaccine clinic today, in honor of a puppy he had as a teenager, who died of parvo.

We certainly do everything for our little furry friends — including making them playable, apparently.
