Tom Holland became a real-life superhero when he protected his longtime girlfriend, Zendaya, from aggressive paparazzi during a dinner date.
In footage obtained by TMZ, the Spider-Man: Homecoming star politely pushed the photographer aside so the actress could pass as they exited the Nine Orchard Hotel in New York City on Thursday.
Zendaya seemed gracious as the photographer complied, and she smiled at him as she followed her beau as they held hands.

Holland and the “Challengers” star, both 28, also encountered over-excited paparazzi later in the night.
A Social media video It showed the pair being swarmed by a mix of fans begging for autographs and photographers as they exited their black SUV.
Holland used more force to clear the way for Zendaya at that point, turning to push someone out of the way and grabbing her arm to get her out of the mess.

She seemed grateful for his intervention and was seen smiling as she fled the scene.
The couple was in the Big Apple to celebrate the launch of Dutch non-alcoholic beer brand, Bero.
They matched in maroon ensembles, with the “Euphoria” star wearing a form-fitting leather Louis Vuitton dress that featured a plunging neckline and thigh-high slit.
In this segment, Holland looked elegant in a matching shirt, black pants and white Prada shoes.

The couple posed for photos inside the event, and looked to have a blast as they mingled with guests.
Zendaya and Holland have known each other since 2016, when they starred in Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Although they started out as friends, rumors spread that something else was brewing behind closed doors.
They unofficially confirmed their romance in 2021 when they were caught kissing in Holland’s car.

Although the couple primarily keeps their relationship private, they have no problem declaring their love for each other every now and then.
In 2021, Holland expressed his admiration for the “comradery” he feels with Zendaya, even saying she’s his “shoulder to cry on” when he needs her.
The following year, Zendaya said it was “amazing” to feel “supported and loved” as a young woman in Hollywood.
