The Arizona Cardinals were busy with the Bees on Wednesday.
First, they announced that Darius Robinson had begun practicing:
The Arizona Cardinals Football Club announced today that defensive lineman Darius Robinson has returned to practice from the injured reserve list.
Robinson can begin practice and the team can activate him to the 53-man roster at any time in the next 21 days or at the end of the three-week period.
We’re unlikely to see Robinson this weekend, although who knows how close to the jumper they’re playing with, but it would be a good boost to the backline.
Meanwhile, they brought Austin Pleasants back to the practice squad and finally released wide receiver Chris Moore.
This would likely coincide with Zay Jones’ return from suspension, so the Cardinals could bring Jones back to the team.
There were a lot of moves made today, and the Cardinals need a big one to work out, in Robinson, to get healthy and make an impact on the defensive line.
