King Charles offers support to Kate Middleton after her first royal duty with Prince William
King Charles and the royal family appear to have offered their support to Kate Middleton after the Princess of Wales carried out her first royal duty with Prince William as she finished her chemotherapy.
The Prince and Princess of Wales visited Southport to show support for the community and hear how people have come together as the city recovers from the tragic knife attack on July 29, 2024.
In an apparent show of support, the royal family shared photos of Kate Middleton and William’s visit with a helpful statement on the official website.
The future king and queen also met privately with the families of the three children who tragically lost their lives and one of the dance teachers who were present when the attack occurred, the statement said.
During the visit, the Prince and Princess of Wales also met the fire, ambulance, air ambulance and police services at Southport Community Centre.
The Prince and Princess listened to their experiences responding to the attack and its impact on their mental health.
