The Power Slap is going global for the first time, and they’re doing it with some superstars, because TMZ Sports has learned that Paige VanZant will compete on October 24 in Abu Dhabi!
One of the biggest stars in combat sports, the 30-year-old VanZant will be one of the athletes on the Power Slap 9 card at Space 42 Arena in Abu Dhabi.
The PS9 will launch the same week as UFC 308, headlined by Max Holloway vs. Elijah Topuria, all of which takes place on “Fight Island.”
It is the second time PVZ has competed in the Power Slap. She was part of PS8…defeating Christine Wolmarans by unanimous decision 30-25.

Paige will face Chelsea Dodson, wife of MMA fighter John Dodson, on PS9.
Of course, Paige is no stranger to hitting and getting hit on. She fought in the UFC from 2014 to 2020… and fought everyone from Rose Namajunas, Amanda Ribas, Beck Rawlings, and Michelle Waterson.
After moving on from the UFC, Paige has done a little bit of everything, including bare-knuckle boxing… and it looks like she’s now found a new home in the Power Slap.
