“Power Moves” – Dana White enlists Mark Zuckerberg and Meta AI to save UFC ratings from scandalous media

UFC CEO Dana White is making a series of “strong moves” ahead of 2025.

Chief among them is his decision to reform the UFC’s ratings, which have been poisoned by the scandalous, know-nothing media that he originally recruited to handle the voting process. Part of the classification revolution will be led by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, who may rely on artificial intelligence (AI) to get the job done.

“We’re working on it now,” White told TNT Sports. “We’ve been working on this literally all last week and I’ll have some answers on that soon. The rating system is driving me crazy, from pound for pound to every section, there are blunders. We’ve literally had meetings this week to work on it. I’ve already talked to… Mark Zuckerberg is also on AI, so yeah I’m going to completely overhaul the taxonomy here by 2025.

White and Zuckerberg have been collaborating for several years, much to the chagrin of UFC fans (and fighters). There was talk of a battle between Meta Chief and Twitter Chief Elon Musk, but the match never came to fruition. Regarding the UFC rankings, White has yet to reveal a timeline for his new and improved system.

Stay tuned.
