Ravens vs. Inactive Bucs: NFL Week 7 2024

The hamstring ailment that struck defensive lineman Vita Via on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ injury report late in the week will not keep him from playing Monday night against the Baltimore Ravens. Additionally, a lingering foot injury to running back Rashad White out of last weekend’s game in New Orleans will only cost him one game; He returned to activity in the seventh week.

Vea and White were two of four players listed as questionable on the Buccaneers’ final injury report, and all four have been cleared to play. That list also included wide receiver Trey Palmer, who cleared the NFL’s concussion protocol and will return to action after missing two games, and defensive lineman Earnest Brown, who was activated from injured reserve on Saturday after recovering from a rib injury.

The Buccaneers and Ravens made their list of inactive players at 6:45 PM ET on Monday, 90 minutes before the scheduled kickoff at Raymond James Stadium. The Buccaneers currently have 52 players on their active roster after a series of roster moves earlier in the afternoon but now have 53 players available for Monday’s game after punter Trenton Gill was elevated from the practice squad. That means the Bucs had to name five inactives to reach the game-day cap of 48.

The Ravens will be without rookie Rasheen Ali, who made his NFL debut in Week 6 after being activated from injured reserve but then suffered an ankle injury. Two reserve defenders, linebacker Malik Harrison and defensive tackle Broderick Washington, are also out with hip and knee ailments, respectively.
